Philip knows his stuff! He knows the area, the values and the process of buying and selling real estate. You are in for a really nice experience with Philip. He is personable, relaxed and conscientious. He responds to email, texts and calls unbelievably quickly. When the process is finished neither the buyer or seller will feel regret because Philip is so reasonable and fair. No games. I believe he truly likes to help people find and acquire the property best suited to them. In our case it was a first condo for our son and fiance'. Inspections always turn up some problem and Philip will counsel you to an appropriate remedy. We did experience this. We are new to the area and Philip was able to answer or quickly find the answer to any question we had. When he could not join us personally on a showing he had wonderful team member show us. We never missed a showing and they were super flexible to meet our schedules. He clearly explained Colorado's real estate laws that protect buyers and this really put us at ease. When we were searching, Covid19 was just taking hold causing prices and inventory to be super variable and confusing. Philip was patient and explained fair value and timing for the Denver market given the situation. This helped us keep a level head and avoid purchasing out of panic, We could not be happier with our experience !
