We from our first (and only) offer all the way to closing, I didn't talk to Phil less than 2 times per day. When we had issues with our lender, Phil pulled out all of the stops to get through underwriting and approved and closed in less than a week. It was some kind of magical. Beyond that, he's just a remarkable person and someone we have really enjoyed getting to know. You cannot go wrong reaching out to this guy, he's got you 110%.

Philip was amazing to work with when I sold my home and purchased a new home in the Charlotte area. Philip helped me get my home ready to put on the market helping by assisting with landscaping prior to selling, helping to pack boxes when under contract getting ready to move, and was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the process.
