This is our 2nd property transaction overseen by Phil DiRosario. After working with Phil on a prior purchase, I knew he would be watching that all of the details were taken care of so I didn't have to stress too much about the "what ifs". During our initial visit to check out our new home, I think Phil actually did a more thorough inspection of the property than we did. Especially since I fell in love with the home as I was walking through the front door and forgot I should be looking at the functional and structural parts! He was a great help in the economic area too. Finding comparable properties so we would have the info to make an informed offer. Phil has his clients best interest at heart and will monitor all the steps and help with the details throughout the purchase process.
