Where do I even begin. Coming to Colorado, we were lost on where to move, so I found Phil online and after just 1 phone ring he answered when other agents sent me to voicemail. Immediately I knew he was the guy for my job by introduction alone. Being in a rare position, Phil took the entire transaction from start to finish in a very linear and straightforward path, which is what every person looks for in a stressful time. Giving us multitudes of options relating to timeline, housing, and areas along with enough breathing room for the time to think we found a house within such a short timeframe that it felt like we did it over a weekend. Phil helped us filter through different houses easily, sorting the ones that didn’t fit our style out quickly and going on tours nearly everyday to find the one that worked. The transaction was clean and cut with no problems, and if a problem arose at a house Phil would spot it instantly. Overall, our transaction took just over a couple weeks, and we were in our new home. I’ll remember this for the rest of my life. Phil is awesome.
