Phil was so easy to work with. He shared his honest opinions with me but was not pushy at all. I just moved to Colorado from Oregon, so his expertise was very helpful to me. In fact, he connected me with a lender who also turned out to be a great fit. I am a widow and this is the first time I have bought a house on my own, so I appreciated his honesty, openness and experience. I love my house and hope I never have to move again, but I would not hesitate to use Phil again if I did need to sell!
