Originally licensed in North Carolina where he experienced selling, remodeling, and building residential and commercial real estate, Phil now holds his license in both NC and SC. Phil is passionate about real estate in all senses, from helping clients find a home, or sell a house, to helping clients educate themselves in the benefits of investing in real estate.
