He went to the property and took multiple photos that he sent us across the Atlantic Ocean. He takes extremely good care of his clients and displays excellent knowledge of the law and regulations regarding real-estate transactions. His efforts in pleasing and taking care of us were at least 150%, making sure that all paperwork and documents was completed correctly and promptly. He also has a good base of trade workers available and was quick in assisting us when needed. After looking at a property we were interested in purchasing, we were referred to Petur Sigurdsson of Viking Realty. The couple living at the condominium were renting the property and knew of the sale. Straightaway they contacted Petur and we met with him immediately. Needless to say, he was extremely efficient and professional. He instantly prepared a contract for purchase that was accepted by the seller and we were able to close within about 10 days.
