Born and raised in Luebeck, Germany, Petra attained her degree in Business Administration and then embarked on a career in high level management positions in advertising, marketing and tourism.
This set the foundation for what would become a very successful entrepreneurial career in the U.S. following her relocation here in 1998, which included being an owner/operator of a Ramada Motel on Clearwater Beach and 3 very successful McDonald's franchises in Ocala.
Known for her outgoing, caring and open minded personality, she has also earned a stellar reputation for being available and responsive. As a resident of Clearwater Beach for over 19 years, she is able to provide solid guidance to clients for all property types, and has focused knowledge of Pinellas waterfront properties and the mid-county Beaches area.
