Peter and Kathleen are an exceptional team who are delightful and fun to work with. They consistently went over and above what we expected from a realtor. They educated us about the market and were incredibly supportive when the house didn’t sell as quickly as we had hoped. From the start, they told us straight out what work we needed to consider to make the house more marketable. Our home is almost 100 years old, so the list could have been endless. However, they focused on what clearly would make a difference and were always open to a discussion of our thoughts and opinions. They did far more than make suggestions. For instance, when a tree limb came down the day before an open house, Peter came over with a saw and disposed of it. When we needed help with an old and very full garage, Peter spent time and energy making it functional. Kathleen spent an afternoon staging the house.
