I want to take a moment to share our real estate experience working with Peter Ripa. We lost our home to Hurricane Helene in 2024. We had hoped to be able to rebuild our 1924 beautiful home but had to face the fact that there was just too much for us to take on with a 100 year old home. I have known Peter Ripa for many years but when it came time to buy a house, I was hesitant to go through him because I never really like to mix business dealings with friends because of the potential of something going wrong and I would hate spoil our friendship over something that goes south.
