I bought my first house this week and I have to give a lot of credit to Pete. I would say my case was particularly difficult (and long) with a lot of complex parts, but Pete never gave up on my case and we reached the finish line to close on my first house. He's an honest, straightforward agent who cares about his clients and you can tell the more you interact with him. I can not recommend Pete enough, he knows how the ins and outs of real estate and without him, I definitely would not have been able to get through my first purchase. I'm really glad I was introduced to him, definitely go to him if you are looking for a property!
