Agree with all previous reviews. Pete is knowledgeable, dependable, congenial, easy to work with and very responsive. A pleasure to do business with, and this is my third time with Pete in a selling/buying circumstance! To be specific, Pete was on top of every transaction and reminded me of what I needed to do. All documents for my review were received promptly. He is a source of information for other services, i.e., lawyer referrals, etc.
Very knowledgeable and reliable. He was always available and would even contact us on sundays about showing's and offers. This is our second real estate deal we have done with him. Excellent experience both times. You cant go wrong with Pete. He on point with communication, paperwork and scheduling all showings providing everything we needed to complete the sale of out home.
