We knew that Peter had less experience than others that were offering their services but he was very honest, reliable and was very passionate about selling real estate. Working with Sotheby's International we knew Peter had the backing of a very reputable company. Peter made selling our home easier as he was the intermediate person between us and prospective buyers. Peter would always try to give us plenty of notice with house showings even though this was very difficult with people wanting to see the house "now". Peter went out of his way to assist with any problems or potential problems that came up during the sale process. Peter even helped out by finding a a/c guy to repair our a/c that failed on the Sunday night before the closing on Monday. Peter was always available for advise any time day or night.
