This was a very speedy, remote sale as we were not local. Kim jumped in and met my daughter-in-law who was present for a tour of two houses that were on the market. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, and the pluses and minuses of each home and its location. She went to great lengths to ensure that items we noticed upon inspection were repaired, and even had her agency contribute to repairs that were noticed after inspection. She continues to serve as a valued point of contact as I make minor changes to the house before move-in. I've used her recommended painters and plan to use her recommended flooring company. And, I think we'll have coffee when I arrive and remain friends.
