With a passion for real estate, a heart for philanthropy, and a history of service to his country, Peter Lomenzo brings an uncommon perspective to buying and selling on Cape Cod, which he has called home since 1996.
Peter’s two-decade real estate career has been shaped by a diverse background, including service as a helicopter pilot for the U.S. Army in Vietnam. After completing his military service in 1973, Peter honed his business and dealmaking skills while holding executive and marketing roles in consumer brand management and retail banking before venturing into entrepreneurship, owning and operating several marketing and advertising consulting companies for nearly fifteen years. Passionate about serving others, Peter sought a career that would give him the privilege of helping people find a place to call home, and a career in real estate emerged as a natural choice.
Charismatic and intuitive, Peter enjoys affecting positive change in people’s lives and assisting in transactions that are among the most consequential financial decisions they will make. He takes pride in upholding a high standard of ethics, refuses to cut corners, and provides every client—from the first-time homebuyer to the seasoned investor—with the same level of dedication. A licensed real estate broker, Peter has consistently been awarded Agent of the Year on Cape Cod. He is a proud champion for his community: he was Chairman of the Old Kings Highway Historic District Committee for more than sixteen years and has raised more than $500,000 for charitable causes through the Giving Back Golf Open at Our Lady of the Cape Church in Brewster. He holds a bachelor's degree in English from Providence College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
Peter is an avid golfer and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
