Peter is a pleasure to deal with. He is up to speed on the latest technology but his service level and integrity is old school. Sometimes it is the simple things. I didn't realize that Peter answers his phone until one day I went to voicemail. He called right back of course but I was so shocked to get voicemail, I appreciated all the times he answered. He also gave honest opinions and pointed out the pluses and minuses of each property and was not just in it for a commission.
