I first contacted Peter by phone from a listing on Zillow. He spent time on the phone with me just from a cold call. He endeared himself to us just from how he communicated with us. He was very helpful, kind, and really wanted to help us find the right condo. We flew out and he spent three days showing us properties. He wanted to make sure we saw a variety of properties so we could be sure on the final one. He wasn't afraid to ask the hard questions and show us the ups and downs of different properties and prices. He was gracious and patient and we count him as a friend. It was a hard process made easy because of Peter!!
