Pete was confident that we could get the price we wanted for our home in a short period of time and he was right. Pete had a team who helped us stage open houses and after a week we had people interested in buying. Pete showed us data from other sales nearby and helped us identify a price we were happy with and ended up selling our place in a few weeks which he told us should happen. Overall it was an easy and quick process and Pete helped us through it.
