Pete has more experience and more resources. He can give your suggestions about which house has problems such as basement or foundation to avoid you future troubles. Also he has more resources to introduce you to do renovations, let you save money. I don’t have experience, without him, I am sure I can’t get the right house. At last step for closing, the seller is not cooperative, put junk at my house and curb side, not clean the house, thanks Pete to negotiate with them to solve the problem.
