My name is Peter Larsson and I am a Realtor living and working in Flagler County. I was born in Sweden and moved to the Cayman Islands when I was just 11, so I've lived around the world but still have not found a city as beautiful as Palm Coast. I have been a resident here since I was just 15 years old, so I am familiar with the county's culture and distinct communities, including Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Bunnell and newer areas like the up and coming Town Center which will be the new downtown of Palm Coast.

I graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. After earning my degree, I ventured into real estate and was employed by the private developer of high end luxury properties, the Ginn Company at Palm Coast's beautiful Hammock Beach Resort. My real estate experience at the Ginn Company gave me a great foundation to the world of real estate and the opportunity to match a number of families with all kinds of different backgrounds with homes in a wide variety of price ranges. Hard work pays off and I'm happy to report that out of 75-80 Realtors in Realty Exchange's team, I was a top producer for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

In addition to my real estate experience, I also have several years experience managing a U.S. branch of a successful international online marketing firm, headquartered in Sweden. When I’m not doing what I love for a living, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my wife and our two dogs, boating, and learning how to fish (I am not having much luck yet!).
