Peter helped us with finding a house after a few months of being outbid and issues with a house we put in an offer on. We finally found the right one. Then had more issues that kept us from closing right away. Peter managed to keep the contract alive after weeks of waiting for something unexpected to clear. But finally it was done and couldn't be happier.
