I can't give enough praise of Peter in this review. I used him as my realtor to buy and also sell a home in El Paso. Before I worked with him, I had used about 4-5 realtors, some in Texas, and others in Chicago. Buying and selling a home is never a sure thing, especially at the price you wanted. But I've had two results that were excellent with Peter. Looking back, it's not a suprise because he applied the same consistent, professional, and thorough approach to both transactions. He is always in communication, by text, email, and phone call. And perhaps most important, he showed integrity. He gave straight answers. I sold my last home during COVID-19, and the process was stressful because of all the uncertainty. But Peter was on top of everything, from going over comparables and choosing a price at the beginning to the closing. I have to laugh in retrospect because I was completely stressed out while he was calm and in control the whole time. Buying or selling a home is a business transaction, but it can be so much more, because it affects your family's well-being. I consider myself very fortunate to have had Peter as our agent, because my family is better off now than we were before we met him. Thank you, Peter!
