I was months away from putting my home on the market when I met Peter. I told him that I would be selling the house on my own when the time came (i.e. “For Sale by Owner”). Never the less, Peter gave me his card and said to call if I ever had any questions. I called several times with general questions that he not only answered, but provided additional useful information to supplement. I decided to give him the opportunity to list the house when it was ready. We followed a strategy that Peter laid out. As a result, we listed the house on a Friday afternoon and by the following week we had 4 offers. The house sold for $90K over asking price. Peter brought in an excellent videographer who did an outstanding job creating a video of our home. Peter also had high quality fliers made up. He was present every time a realtor came to the house with a prospective buyer. Peter would be at the house before the prospective buyer arrived, and he would inspect it to be sure everything was perfect. He was always courteous, professional, and he delivered on every promise. I highly recommend his services.

From start to finish he worked patiently with us, explaining everything in layman's terms, making sure we were comfortable with every document we signed. I'm what you call a pain in the behind when it comes to certain things (very meticulous) and Peter didn't flinch. When we first moved into our home we had a weeks worth of rain and our pool flooded, he offered to come over and help.........who does that after a sale is complete, Peter does. When we were having issues with our home warranty after the sale of the home and couldn't get through to the company who got involved, Peter did. Seriously, the guy's top notch and the only person I'd recommend if you're looking to buy or sell a home. Our situation was somewhat unique. We found a home we wanted, but we needed to sell our home first, and the sellers of the home we wanted to buy also needed to sell their home. He listed our home and had it sold within 7 days, for $28k over asking price and made sure all contingencies went down without any interruptions or delays, even through the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we still closed on time and moved in on time. I'm not sure what else I can say to people looking at Peter's reviews except this.............if you want an honest realtor, who doesn't sugar coat anything and is completely transparent to ensure you have the knowledge you need to
