I was months away from putting my home on the market when I met Peter. I told him that I would be selling the house on my own when the time came (i.e. “For Sale by Owner”). Never the less, Peter gave me his card and said to call if I ever had any questions. I called several times with general questions that he not only answered, but provided additional useful information to supplement. I decided to give him the opportunity to list the house when it was ready. We followed a strategy that Peter laid out. As a result, we listed the house on a Friday afternoon and by the following week we had 4 offers. The house sold for $90K over asking price. Peter brought in an excellent videographer who did an outstanding job creating a video of our home. Peter also had high quality fliers made up. He was present every time a realtor came to the house with a prospective buyer. Peter would be at the house before the prospective buyer arrived, and he would inspect it to be sure everything was perfect. He was always courteous, professional, and he delivered on every promise.
