Peter was very professional through the entire experience. He committed to taking the listing at the price we thought was the right value against his professional market analysis. After the first 60 days we made a price change of 25K. The second price change came 2 months later for another 25k reduction. This brought us to the value Peter suggested we put the house on the market for day 1. I believe if we were to list the house for what Peter suggested originally we would have sold it for that price or closer to that price and much sooner. Unfortunately because the listing stagnated a bit we chaced the market for months. We signed with Peter for an extension to the original listing. We felt he had done all that he promised us in the original listing appointment with marketing, professional photos, mailings, local horse organizations and working all leads. Contracts finally were signed with a nice family, but the house price was reduced by almost another 50k reduction. The original listing was for a 6 month period. In this time Peter scheduled many open house for the public and for brokers in the area. contacts. He was dedicated to showing the house when ever the opportunity presented itself.
