Thank you Peter for all your hard work! When I say he is patient, this man is patient. We saw roughly about 10 homes and he was so informative about every property we saw. Never pushed us out of our comfort zone and he was always realistic on the numbers. He truly made us feel as his only clients, always available for any questions or concerns. Peter was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking for. If he didn’t know about the immediate community he would do everything in his power to research and find out for us. He is also very easy to talk to and patient, asking us for our opinion on every place we visited. He went out with us every weekend we were available to find a place. Working with Peter Abdelmesseh has been an absolute pleasure. When we first thought about purchasing a home, we were pretty terrified and expected the journey to be complicated and difficult. Peter made this experience the absolute opposite. Not only did he present us with homes that exactly fit our needs, but he was extremely prompt. We found our home and closed in a little over 30 days, it was amazing. He started sending us homes almost immediately, it honestly felt like we were his only clients. That's how responsive he was! I really appreciated that he wasn't pressuring or rushing us into anything, he was very helpful in answering all questions and if we were not comfortable with any aspect, he wouldn't push but would instead address any concerns we had.
