Pete Stefanelli

Pete Stefanelli and I go back to 1967 when my family moved into the house that was sold as his family lived three houses up the street. I left in the 1980's to go school and then later established my career outside of the south bay and I didn't see Pete much except for the updates on local real estate literature he sent my parents over the years. Fast forward to 2022 and I needed a realtor as my dad had passed in September. On a prior visit to Redondo Beach, Pete and I reconnected and Pete gave me his business card. I gave Pete a call and we discussed what would be required to make the house sellable along with its proximity to the beach, tranquil neighborhood and the Riviera Village. Living in Colorado, I wasn't sure how well this would work. I brought a van out and collected family photos, furniture, and other items that had sentimental value. During this trip, Pete and I discussed a game plan and I returned back to Colorado. Pete is well connected and he arranged for contractors to make a "well loved" house presentable. Not only did he arrange but he met the workers at the house letting them in and explaining what would was needed and he made sure the required work was completed. I never had to return from Colorado to help with the sale and was completely comfortable making Pete my local representative . With the house presentable, he put the house up for sale and the house was under contract the first day! The buyer had a very aggressive schedule and I was able to close in two weeks! I had been dreading the process but Pete made it incredibly easy for me! If you need to sell a property, I would highly recommend giving Pete a call! You won't regret it and will be pleased with the results!
