Pete Carlino

I have known Pete Carlino, as our children went to school together and knew him to be a stellar parent and over all human. I had never worked with him on a business level and again, he did not disappoint. We wanted a quick "as is" sell and he was able to deliver. We are very pleased with Pete and Carpenter, the whole process was easy.

Mr. Carlino hit the ground running and got our home sold very quickly. I was a little nervous going into this, but Pete guided me through my responsibilities of the process and made it stress free all the way to the end. Pete was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He definitely made our experience much easier than what we have heard from other homebuyers. He was very dedicated, seemed to work all hours of the night, and was always available to answer my wife’s or my questions or inform us on any updates. We are very satisfied with the service we received, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a home!
