Perry Martin did a great job representing us with our recent purchase of our Florida home. He was very responsive to our calls texts and emails. We found our home online and Perry immediately made an appointment for a showing and did a live video so we could see the house first hand. He also conducted our walk through prior to closing via video as we were out of state buyers and could not attend it.
