We had an absolute nightmare in our process due to sellers, not once, not twice, but FOUR times, Perla kept control throughout and each time resolved the issues and moved us quickly on to finding the next property. She negotiated and resolved a very messy issue with one difficult seller and in the end managed to find us our new home. We closed on our last property from start to finish in 14 days thanks to Perla’s amazing hard work and negotiation skills and our amazing mortgage team.
