We began looking for a new home in a large area of southeastern Florida.Being the area was new to us coming from western side of the state Perla made herself available to spend time with us searching several cities for the perfect home. Perla was with us through the entire transaction to the last minute as we needed to have a simultaneous close on our homes so that we wouldn't have to sit in a hotel for 4 days due to our home which we sold closed on a Friday and the following Monday being a holiday.
