Penny, outside of being such a sincere and kind person, is one of the most communicative and helpful professionals I've ever worked with. She was instrumental in helping us understand the steps and processes needed to secure our property. Her knowledge of the area, the vacation rental market, and current economic trends were invaluable to us. Not to mention she was our eyes and ears on the ground out there since we don't live in the same state. I can't recommend her highly enough. She's incredible.
