I don't know how any realtor could have done more for us than Penny. We are new to house buying in the US, she held our hand all the way, going way above our expectations all the time. Her knowledge of all areas we were interested in was awesome. She took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and area, our house search was pinpoint accurate. As we approached closing she answered question on the utilities, Insurance, HOA, ADT, you name it, she was there for us.
