She was a terrific listener, both in person and via phone. She offered suggestions that were beyond helpful and I was always so grateful for her kind and patient spirit. Our negotiations with the seller were fair and extra clear, leading to a quick and happy closing. I remain grateful for the many ways Penny went "above & beyond." She was always the top professional ... and at some point during those weeks of working together I felt I'd gained a wonderful friend. What a bonus!
