I’m so happy we chose Penny for our realtor! She helped prepare our home for sale, which made me wish that I had used her for an interior decorator! She helped choose the asking price with excellent knowledge of the market. Her social media pics and videos of our property were perfect and so fun to share! Anytime I needed her she quickly responded and always with sage advice. We had a few improvements to be done on the house before closing and she was extremely helpful finding the right people for the job. Our closing was the easiest I’ve experienced because of her vast preparation work. Penny helped turned the sale of our beloved lake home into a very heartfelt experience for which I’m grateful.
