When we did find a home we loved, she was on top of it! We were under contract in less than 2 days! For the home we bought there were certain hoops to jump through and she made it a complete breeze. Penny is the BEST! She's your best advocate in the home-buying process and will always look out for your best interests. She's super flexible with timing and makes sure you make a totally informed decision about buying a house. When you're looking for a home, you want to make sure you're looking at all the things, including the details you might not notice. Penny looks at things like foundation, electric, etc and lets you know if there are any things that probably won't pass inspection and/or will cost you a lot to fix. Plus, she's really fun to go see houses with and you feel like you know her really quickly. She also has tons of recommendations for any repairs/upgrades you may want to make and they're all fantastic. We've bought two houses and sold one through her and can't recommend her highly enough!
