Penny is by far the best in the business. I recently used her to sell my home in Helena. It was not only a stress free process, it was very enjoyable working with her. I felt throughout the entire process she had my best interest in mind. Penny communicated very well and helped me to understand each step along the way. I asked a lot of questions during that period and she was always happy to answer them for me. I have bought and sold several houses in the past using other agents and never understand how important a good agent was until I used Penny. She was able to get me well above my asking price and closing went very smoothly. I am not saying Penny will show up to your house on a week night and repair your window locks to get you to closing on time but that’s what she did for me. I can’t say enough good things about Penny so for me, I will never use another agent other than her.

Penny is the BEST! She's your best advocate in the home-buying process and will always look out for your best interests. She's super flexible with timing and makes sure you make a totally informed decision about buying a house. When you're looking for a home, you want to make sure you're looking at all the things, including the details you might not notice. Penny looks at things like foundation, electric, etc and lets you know if there are any things that probably won't pass inspection and/or will cost you a lot to fix. Plus, she's really fun to go see houses with and you feel like you know her really quickly. She also has tons of recommendations for any repairs/upgrades you may want to make and they're all fantastic. We've bought two houses and sold one through her and can't recommend her highly enough! We love you!
