Notified us of the coming soon listing very close to our primary residence. 2. Arranged for us to be the 1st showing the day the listing was active. 3. Had survey completed to correct property line issues in just a few days to close on time. This was very important to us. 4. Had her partner Stacey help us and answer questions while she was out of town. Penny did a very nice thing for us several days after closing.
