It can be uncomfortable spending the day with someone you have never met before...especially when it pertains to something like house hunting. I went with her realty company because the reviews were excellent. We lucked out when were covered by Peggy. Finding the correct home was as important to her as it was with us. She took us all over the Tellico area so that we could make a more informed decision. I do not think there was any neighborhood we did not visit. Because she spent time with us in her office before we began to drive around the area, she was able to pinpoint those areas that would appeal to us; not only specific homes but also the common areas in each neighborhood. The experience was so pleasant we cancelled a pending realty visit in another state and spent the time with Peggy. Even after closing on the house Peggy has continued to make life easier for us because she made herself available to tradesmen which is a unimaginable help for homeowners that are still in Vermont. Service excellence behaviors are exceptional...you can't go wrong
