When we first spoke with Peggy Warren, we were not ready to list. However, we needed to be prepared to list on short notice. Peggy was comfortable with this and suggested that she go ahead and have photos taken and prepare the listing so it could be uploaded as soon as we were ready. Other realtors wanted money upfront to do this; Peggy did not. Based on this factor and that Peggy had sold a number of properties in our neighborhood, we chose to list with her. We never regretted doing so. The web listing that she prepared was superior. The staging they did and the quality of the photos surpassed anything we had previously seen by others. Once we listed, we received weekly reports regarding website views, etc. When a low ball offer was received, we were in sync on our reaction to it. When a more appropriate offer was received, Peggy came to us and in person we developed our counter offer. After acceptance, Peggy assisted us in developing and implementing a separate agreement on the sale of some furnishings and equipment. Peggy was present at our closing and assisted in correcting an error in our favor. All of our dealings with Peggy were prompt and professional. We always received notice of showings, with Peggy insisting we receive at least two hours notice before each showing. Signage and information boxes were neat and well-maintained. Throughout the entire selling process, we always felt Peggy was representing us and our wishes. We truly had a great experience and always felt Peggy was working hard to meet our needs and expectations. At no time did we feel that Peggy was more interested in making a sale than in working for us and meeting our needs. She has our highest recommendation.

It can be uncomfortable spending the day with someone you have never met before...especially when it pertains to something like house hunting. I went with her realty company because the reviews were excellent. We lucked out when were covered by Peggy. Finding the correct home was as important to her as it was with us. She took us all over the Tellico area so that we could make a more informed decision. I do not think there was any neighborhood we did not visit. Because she spent time with us in her office before we began to drive around the area, she was able to pinpoint those areas that would appeal to us; not only specific homes but also the common areas in each neighborhood. The experience was so pleasant we cancelled a pending realty visit in another state and spent the time with Peggy. In looking for a home in Tellico Village, TN, our first stop happened to be Peggy's office. Peggy spent the entire morning reviewing the area, the Tellico Village amenities, and houses for sale that met our wants and financials for a new home. We returned to Florida and Peggy kept us informed of new listings that met our requirements. We saw a new listing that looked perfect, we made an appointment, with Peggy, drove back to Tennessee, and with Peggy's help made an offer that was accepted. The process of inspections, needed repairs, title insurance, title company was entirely seamless and we were in our new home within a month thanks to her attention and organization skills. Peggy kept close to us after we moved in to assure that there were no problems or issues.
Peggy made buying a house easy. No pressure, she answered all my questions timely and honestly and walked me thru the buying process many times going above and beyond her job for me.
