I will be forever grateful for Peggy. She helped my parents purchase purchase a beautiful home in Charlotte. About seven years later, my father passed away and my mom was at a loss about what to do. She ended up downsizing and stayed in that home for about a year when she decided to move from Charlotte to Florida. Peggy was incredibly patient, flexible, and compassionate in dealing with my emotional mother. Another realtor would have probably treated her like a transaction, but that's not at all what Peggy did. When my mom decided to move to a warmer climate, Peggy helped her get her Charlotte home into tip top shape. She hired a stagger whose worked instantly increased the value of the home. It was sold for top dollar at a time of the year that's typically slow in real estate. Today, March 3rd, my mother is moving into her new home in Vero Beach, Florida. She couldn't be happier, and I honestly don't think it would have turned out so well if it weren't for Peggy. She included me in every email so that I was aware of everything that was transpiring. She sat and listened to my mom's thoughts and feelings when that certainly wasn't part of her job. There's a reason why Peggy Peterson is tops in her field. She does not treat her clients like, well...clients. She treats them like family.

Peggy knows her stuff! Her advice on staging our house was spot-on. Her guidance on setting and subsequently adjusting the asking price was, again, spot-on. But where she really proved her worth was in the negotiation phase. Ours was a somewhat difficult negotiation, and I was relieved to have an expert like Peggy on my side of the bargaining table.

Peggy was simple outstanding. Her recommendations and contacts to cost effectively prepare our house for sale to maximize our listing price were on point. The listing sold in 3 days of listing for a 50 some year old house with minimal upgrades during that period. House was sold as is at listed price, and the buyers clearly understood there were no negotiations following inspections. Assistance from listing to closing could not have been smoother. Her team is first class.

Peggy is confident with her decisions right from the start. She knows the comps for the neighborhood and then is confident when she prices your house. She is the only realtor that I interviewed that included a stager as part of the larger deal. And Peggy not only brought in the stager, but also worked with the stager to make my home look more attractive than I could ever imagine.
