Dawn and I were high maintenance buyers. Most of our search was done from our home in Texas. This meant that Peggy and Grace had to constantly follow up on questions on the many properties we were interested in during our four-and-a-half-month search. Many of the questions would not have been necessary if we were seeing the properties in person. Peggy provided pictures or did a virtual tour with us so that we could see more details than were available from the pictures and information that were on the web site (Lakehomes.com). Peggy and Grace were very patient with us and worked as a very effective team. Peggy was always very professional, is highly knowledgeable of the market for both lots and homes around Smith Mountain Lake and communicated constantly by phone, text or email along with Grace.
