Dawn and I were high maintenance buyers. Most of our search was done from our home in Texas. This meant that Peggy and Grace had to constantly follow up on questions on the many properties we were interested in during our four-and-a-half-month search. Many of the questions would not have been necessary if we were seeing the properties in person.
