I love Alaska for the mountains & people. My first experience here was cooking in a hunting camp. My family of friends are versatile ranging from my 10 years in the oil industry to 30 years as a Realtor. I love being a Realtor because: * I meet many new people * I love the challenge of negotiating * It is rewarding to bring a buyer and seller together with a smooth transaction * It feels great when clients refer me to their friends and family. After all this time I am now selling to their kids. I work alone except when my partner Bev Hopkins and I team up. Communication is better when it is just me and my clients instead of a transaction coordinator or a team. I am on the other end of the phone, e-mail or text when you want an answer quickly.
