She listened to what we did and didn't want, was available at a moments notice, knew the neighborhoods we wanted to look in, and then went above and beyond getting us info for utilities, handymen for repairs, etc.... She was so on top of all we needed to bring the process to a close, especially being 1500 miles away. There's no way we could have done this without her! 5 Stars simply isn't enough to give a proper review! Peg was simply amazing! She went far and above what we have ever experienced in a home realtor. In fact, she was more like a long time friend in how she took care of us through the entire process. We began the purchase process while wintering there from Minnesota and had to return home before completion. In our absence, she and her husband took care of vendor appointments to the home and made numerous repairs that we simply were not able to do being so far away. Peg performed the final walk through, tested the lawn sprinkler system and secured the home with special lighting to give the appearance of our residing there. I simply can't say enough about the kindness we were shown and what a special soul she is. We are looking forward to both of our families spending time together once we return! 😁

Peg helped me find a beautiful home, within my budget, in a short period of time. While I was 4 states away, she was doing virtual walkthroughs for me, giving me advice, to include concerns that the camera didn’t show (IE: landscape grading towards the home, being a potential moisture issue). And most importantly, she never tried to rush a sale, proving that the experience was about finding a great home and not a quick commission check.
Peggy was beyond amazing to work with while we looked for and bought our new home. We were relocating states and she was so accommodating with video tours of homes, explaining the area or just letting us know if it fit our wants. Pictures can be deceiving when looking for a home out of state. It was great to have an agent we could trust to look at the homes in person for us. I could be indicisive in explainingmy wants: just one example would be sometimes I did not want pillars in a home and sometimes I was OK with it. Peggy would always be understanding and never made me feel wrong for changing my mind. Honestly I could go on and on about how amazing of an agent she is! Trust me we have dealt with some dud agents before. I highly recommend her and if you are looking in the area for a new home you would be wise to have Peggy as a agent. You will not regret it.
There are very few things more stressful than buying a house. From trying to find that dream home, to then dealing with the negotiation process. I find realtors make this process worse. However Peggy was the exact opposite. She was patient with our oft times change of heart on some houses, and our difficulty in trying to express what is a perfect home. You can pictuyre it sometimes, but its so hard to express to others. Sh really was on our side with the whole negotiation process and made us feel like she had our interests in mind. I cannot say enough that we probably wouldnt have even moved here if it werent for her and her fantastic personality.
