I have worked with many fine real estate agents in my life and have always been impressed by their knowledge, patience, and flexibility. However, none of them have even come close to the level of service provided by Peggy Braun. Peggy went above and beyond on innumerable occasions to prepare my house to go on the market, during renovations, and during the closing process. She helped me coordinate the removal of "give away" items prior to placing the house on the market, to the extent of finding charities who would come to the house for pick-up and being available to oversee their removal of items from the house. The day prior to listing/open house, her husband power-washed the front driveway and carport. She personally oversaw all repair work and renovations we had done and found us an incredibly reliable, quick, and reasonably priced contractor. In addition to all of this hands-on TLC, she provided us with timely and accurate information on property values, current market status, and feedback from showings of our property. She was admirably diligent in following up with potential buyers and served as an advocate of the very best kind for us and our house. I honestly could go on forever with examples of how wonderful Peggy is, but to sum it all up, she is kind, diplomatic, incredibly hard working (in fact, indefatigable), smart, practical, patient, and has the heart of your best friend and a warrior all rolled into one. As, I said in my title, she is head and shoulders above the rest and has my very highest recommendation.
