Peg Chism

I was referred to Peg by my father's estate attorney to assist in selling his rental properties after he passed away. I barely had any knowledge about the property, but Peg dove in and took it upon herself to learn everything she needed to know. She also made some great recommendations to get the property ready for sale. She priced the property competitively, and knew that we should due a cash only, as-is deal to avoid any issues with conventional mortgage companies since the it needed some work. The result was excellent, only serious investors inquired and it sold well over asking price in four days! Peg also did some of what I would consider above and beyond type of things- she contacted the local police and asked them to keep an eye on the property after one of the showing agents said there was some odd activity in the area, she went and checked in on the property after a storm to make sure it wasn't damaged, etc. Peg has been a pleasure to work with- she's very professional, communicative and checked in with me every step of the way. There were no surprises and I couldn't believe how easy the whole process was. We are currently getting a second rental property ready to list and I know it will be a hassle free experience!
