Education is essential for me. When you become a part of my family of clients, you're not just buying a house but gaining knowledge. I guide you through the buying or selling of a house explaining each step diligently along the way. Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2004, I worked at Sunshine Creating Community on Maumee Western Road as a Direct Support Professional and later becoming a Program Manager. I still maintain relationships with the individuals I have had the privilege to serve at Sunshine for the past 20 years. As full-time e-PRO Realtor, I continue to be a consistent top producer in Toledo real estate market. I've been a member of Northwest Ohio REALTORS, Ohio REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS since 2004. I've continued my dedication to the Toledo community by volunteering my time and resources to several local organizations: Sunshine Creating Community, Heart & Soul, and American Red Cross. I enjoy sharing about all the amazing organizations and clubs that are available in the greater Toledo. I also like to share with my clients about the dozens of festivals and art shows offered throughout the ear. One of my favorites would be the Old West End festival. This dynamic event offers a glimpse into hundreds of artists from all over the nation. I haven't missed a festival yet since moving into the area 13 years ago. Great Agent with Prompt Communication & VA Home Loan Knowledge

Pedro helped us find a beautiful home, even in a cut-throat market! Whenever we had questions, he was always quick to respond and as first-time home buyers using a VA home loan, we greatly appreciated his knowledge and the way he held our hand through the entire process. Pedro went above and beyond for me He helped me find the perfect house for me and my family his people skills are excellent and his work skills are immaculate I will call him about a house that same day within an hour or two we would have a walkthrough he never gave up until I found a house and it took me less than two months to find a house with Pedro I totally recommend him

He has broad understanding of the market, to include the tumultuous uptick in the current market pricing situation, knows his comps, is flexible with schedules, and even goes to research places and homes we didn't consider at first.
