Paula went above and beyond to help us

Paula was right there every step of way during the selling of my house and the purchase of my new house.Cannot say enough about how hard she worked from beginning to end.I give 5 stars and would highly recommend her.

Paula is amazing. She spends time up front as a consultant to understand what we wanted, what we did not want, things that did not matter and factors / wieghts around each one. She was diligent in understanding and then she was very competitent in her searches. She did not waste our time on things that we would like like (A rail road in back of the house for example). If we found what we wanted, she negotiated very well for us. She had our backs. I do not like writing excellant when I do serveys ... but with Paula, I could not rate her any other way: She alsways took my calls: Mother's day, Father's day, Sundays, nights, when she running her son's birthday party, etc. I was out of the country for over 2 weeks when we got the agreement: Paula coordinated the home inspection, negotiated hard for us. She made a list of things for us to do, some of which she did for us ... get the well water tested for example. That was her and an issue was found and she had the owners take care of it. All issues found during the inspection were taken care of: Paula made sure of that. She ochestrated the closeing, coordinated with the mortgage company (which was trying at times) .. Through this process, we build a storng trust actually became good friends .

Paula Welch helped me and my family find the perfect home for us. There was certain needs we needed and Paula went above and beyond finding the house that met those needs. From the first conversation we had thinking about selling our house and buying a new home Paula offered her professional advice and walked us through the process every step of the way. We looked at many houses for many months and she did not give up. Paula always made the time to show us a house when we wanted. I am forever grateful to Paula and I would recommend her to anyone buying and selling a home. We are very happy in our new home and we have Paula Welch to thank for that.

Paula was AMAZING!! This was our first home and we fell in love with a house listed as 'short sale', which turned into the longest, most drawn out process anyone has probably seen! Paula was right there, every step of the way (over 1 year!), every phone call was returned, every question answered, even being there for the pest inspection because we both had to work! Paula works with an amazing team of contacts, including a mortgage company that closed for us in 30 days when Bank of America completely dropped the ball and we thought we would lose the house. I have given friends and family Paula's card because I trust her and she was always there!!

Paula was wonderful. She was very personable, considerate, ethical and very organized. She took the time to make us feel totally comfortable with everything in the process and we trusted her advice completely. We would highly recommend her and would love to work with her again someday.
