Paul's was great... I was a first time home buyer and Paula made the process easy... She help negotiate with keeping so item with the house being bought. Paula also had knowledge of the home inspection process so she was able to point things out to me that I needed to address prior to my home inspection, so it save me money, with I thought was nice of her, she didn't need to help in that area yet she did. That show her experience in the industry. Paula also went with to all appointments which she didn't need to, but I believe she knew I was very intimidated by the process being it was my first time buying a home. Paua also made every appointment we needed to make convenient for me , she made it fit to schedule. Paula also was upbeat at all points of the home buying process, she never made uncomfortable, she was always ready to help me..

My experience with Paula was nothing short excellent and amazing. She researched details of homes for me that I would need to/want to know prior to purchasing a home i.e. what the lot abuts, wetlands and complaints, surrounding businesses, and so much more. She even went and looked at homes for me when I was unable to attend. During each home tour she took notes and made reminders of home features for comparisons. During the process of purchasing my home she made a contact list of businesses the home owner used, i.e. landscaper, snow removal etc. she also forwarded all the forms for sign ups I needed to do with electric and trash. She was always accessible and returned calls promptly. This was the easiest transaction I’ve ever done and it was because she simplified everything for me.
