We Tested the Waters

We approached Paula several months ago to let her know what we were looking for. We were not in a hurry to purchase, so Paula was very selective about the properties she showed us. Although they all checked most of our boxes, they just didn’t fit. WELL in July, Paula called and said “Guys, I’ve found it!!” My wife and I immediately stopped what we were doing and met Paula at the house. She was right, this property not only checked all the boxes it also had a few we hadn’t considered. Paula’s persistence and knowledge of the market, helped guide us to the house we were looking for. Additionally, Paula was very helpful in assisting us in getting our current house “Market Ready”. Once our house was listed, Paula hit the pavement at lightning speed. I believe we had four showings and one preview in the first five days. Paula was always in constant contact with us about the process and gave us plenty of time before each showing. Because of Paula’s hard work and persistence, we had an offer for listing price on Day 7!! Paula went above and beyond from the moment we first talked to her about finding a house until we closed on the sale of ours. We were extremely pleased with her professionalism, knowledge and constant communication. We “Tested the Waters” and Paula Waters did not disappoint!!!
